**Our Association is completely volunteer-based and we will respond to you as timely as we can.**
Fairy Downs Hall (Dining Hall) - $200.00 / day
Fairy Downs Hall (Dining Hall) & Moore Lodge - $300.00 / day
5.00 / night / person (with a $300.00 minimum charge)
$1,600.00 / weekend (Thursday at 6:00 pm - Sunday at1:00 pm)
$20/hour Early Entry
Monday-Thursday with Access to Restroom (2hrs max)- $100
20% of rental (minimum $50.00)
$500.00 deposit for wedding rentals
Peak Season Rentals:
For September and October there is a 2 day minimum rental.
Off Season Rentals:
Between Thanksgiving and Easter all multiday rentals require prior approval of the board and an additional Off Season Acknowledgement.
For a full refund, a rental cancellation must be made more than 2 weeks prior to the first day of the rental.
Any cancellations occurring within 2 weeks of the first day of the rental will result in 25% of the rental fee being kept.
Any cancellations occurring within 1 week of the first day of the rental will result in 50% of rental fee being kept.
Any cancellations occurring with less than 1 weeks notice from the first day of the rental will result in the entire rental fee being kept.
