Facility Questions

1. Do the cabins have heat and water?  None of the cabins have heat or water. 

2. What are the amenities in the large buildings? Fairy Downs Hall, the dining hall, has a heating and cooling system as well as restrooms. Moore Lodge has restrooms, but does not have heat or air. The assembly hall does not have heat, air, or restrooms.

3. Are there restroom facilities? Yes, we have a large bathhouse that has showers and toilets.

4. What are the kitchen facilities like? Fairy Downs Hall contains a commercial cooking kitchen with stoves, convection oven, large mixer, steam table, and refrigerator space upstairs. The basement contains more cold storage and freezers.

5. How many can be seated in the large buildings? Fairy Downs Hall can seat approximately 180 people and contains 8 foot rectangular tables and chairs. Moore Lodge can seat approximately 200 people and has primarily 6 foot rectangular tables and chairs.  The camp currently owns 28 8-Foot tables, 29 6-foot tables, 230 white plastic chairs, and 50+ metal chairs. If chairs are moved from one building to another, they must be moved back.

6. What does the layout of the camp look like? Below are maps of our facility. The first map on the left is not scaled to size. 


Rental Questions

1. How do I know my reservation is confirmed? Reservations are confirmed once they appear on the event calendar of our website.

2. When can I tour the facility? Please contact us to schedule a date and time to tour our facility with one of our volunteers.

3. Is it possible to get in early for my rental? The weekend rental fees are based upon 6pm admittance.  The rate for early admittance is $20/hour subject to availability.  MarMac utilities a lockbox system for entry. Access codes will be e-mail approximately 1 hour prior to the rental.
